Congratulations to Katoomba Dental Centre for being our July Practice of the Month! James Moss, the owner and practice manager of Katoomba Dental Centre in Katoomba, NSW, Australia joined the GDW family in 2018 with the goal of not just attracting new patients, but also to provide them with valuable educational information to help them get answers to their oral health questions. As health leaders in their community, they regularly focus on giving their patients the latest in dentistry – including timely access to virtual consultations.
Mr. Moss has played an active role in creating his website since our original introduction call. He provides his copywriter with topics each month to highlight services he wishes to feature and has been dedicated to staying in touch with patients during the pandemic to ensure that they still get the dental care they need to stay healthy.
Quality and evidence-based treatments are important to the dentists at KDC, which is why they have featured their QIP Accreditation (private dental practice accreditation in AU) prominently on their website. They also regularly add FAQs and blog posts to keep their website dynamic and their content up-to-date.
In addition to being open to marketing ideas, Mr. Moss and the dentists at KDC are enjoyable to work with and always willing to provide helpful feedback and ideas that help their website reflect their practice and marketing goals.
